This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Services) Rules, 2011.

(i) for any obscene or immoral purpose

Limitation of Liability

The aggregate liability of ForeignGuru relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to ForeignGuru for the prior one-month period before the event giving rise to such liability.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India and the courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Changes and Amendments

ForeignGuru reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective once the updated version is posted on the Website.

Your continued use of the Website and Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
